Welcome to Between Tones. These terms govern access to and use of betweentones.com and the purchase of physical goods, digital goods, and recordings sold through the site.

1. Identification

Between Tones is the artistic name of the collective composed of Igor Almeida, João Sequeira, and Nelson Caetano. Tax details and registered address are listed in Legal Notice.

2. Orders and payments

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., including card, Multibanco, and MB WAY. Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT at the rate in force in Portugal.

3. Right of withdrawal

Consumers resident in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

4. Alternative dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, consumers may use the EU online dispute resolution platform — see ODR — or refer the matter to a competent consumer arbitration body in Portugal.
