Returns Policy

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, under Decree-Law no. 24/2014.

How to request a return

• Email hello@betweentones.com with your order number and contact details.
• Ship the product back in its original condition and packaging.
• The refund is processed within 14 days by Stripe.

In compliance with Directive (EU) 2023/2673, we provide a direct button for exercising the right of withdrawal. From 19 June 2026 this button is the recommended way to start a withdrawal request.

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, except where the product is defective or does not match the order.
